Privacy

TrulyCared Fitness is an early version run by TrulyCared. It stores what trainers enter about their clients (name, contact details, goals, optional health notes, session notes and invoices) so the trainer can run their sessions and billing.

Each trainer only sees their own clients. A client who accepts their trainer's invite can see their own sessions, notes and invoices, and nothing about anyone else.

Data is stored with Supabase in London (UK). Emails are sent through Resend. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

Health notes are optional. Trainers should only record them with their client's agreement, and keep them short.
